Doctor Cohen has no bedside manner. She inserted a scope in my nose and I was tense and it wouldn't go in right away. She pulled it out and told me to relax. (Who can relax when something's getting inserted into your nose?) I forced myself to relax and she was able to get it in the other nostril. The front desk reception is really rude, no concerns for HIPAA at all, spoke loudly to verify my referral while other patients within earshot. No smiles or friendly greetings at the door. Stay away!
Dr. Cohen is great. She always puts me at ease. I love that she doesn't instantly jump to surgery and leaves that as a last resort. She thinks outside the box and takes my concerns seriously.
