The initial outreach part was good. My inquiry was well received and contact was frequent until I turned in all requested documentation and Angelic waited to hear from my insurance company. After that point, they never reached out. I always had to initiate contact by asking when we might proceed to the next stage of the intake process. I was always politely told that the person I contacted would ask her manager and she would let me know. She never did. Angelic Steps is wonderful. My child goes there and they not only care about these kids but actively advocate for them. Simona in particular just goes above and beyond. My child was in public school, where the try to accommodate him, and now he's in a place that is specifically designed for him. Night and day difference. Highly recommended.
