I just came to do my pedicure and the lady whom made it was like in a hurry and cut my nails according to her angle and not to my nails growth , she wasn’t patient at all and requested a tip which I believe tips are well deserved/earned but also are based to customer service and quality!

I got gel manicure and gel pedi. Just look at the picture, the edges were not clean. The gel started to chip and crack within days. As for my pedi, the tech did not understand what I wanted and instead of going back and forth I just let her finish. The nail techs are chatty amongst themselves, the massage had no pressure and I had to ask to moisturize my feet at the end. Paid extra for callous remover and there’s still cracks (I occasionally do this myself). Not worth the visit. 2 stars for cleanliness

i’ve been coming to this salon for almost three years with a nail tech who used to be there, once my nail tech left i didn’t go as often and plus i moved away, i recently came back and i got my nails done by may she’s very quick but that might be the problem, she was done with my nails in almost 40 minutes, i asked if she could do them long and she straight up said no and cut them to a medium length then told me she was charging me for long regardless bc they were “long” she also charged me for not just “length” but shape (... read more
