The massage, it was very relaxing. Nice lady, did a very good job.
Scheduled an appointment for an hour at 8:00pm was asked to pay upfront. Was left in a room until 8:35 pm. Massage therapist left the room at least 5 times tending to other customers and left door open each time. Massage was performed very rushed and poorly and ended at exactly 9:30pm as if the session performed was an hour. Then had the nerve to ask for a tip. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. I felt like this was a scam.
They got rid of my favorite masseuse Yaya. I like to get a head and face massage to relax during a stressful week, I walk in to hear Yaya no longer worked there and an older lady pounded my temples so much it hurt. I told her a little softer and then she started scratching them? I hated that I tipped up front because I told her that I’m good and was about to leave, but she responded with “you already paid, I do foot massage.” It at least felt good, but still not what I wanted.
My husband and I got a couples masssge yesterday . Both massage therapist were professional as well as very knowledge about the human body . Yaya was one of the therapist . Ask for her by name .
