Beware of this company! I am very dissatisfied with my apartment rental process for my daughter moving away to college. We were promised an inspected and clean room prior to signing a lease. After signing the lease we came to move my daughter in 2 days prior to school starting only to find the bedroom not clean but even worse there was black mold in the closet on 2 walls along with a hole in the wall for a make shift plumbing repair.
