I had the opportunity to work with Angela 1:1 using Byron Katie's 'The Work' of questioning your thoughts. I was suprised at what was uncovered for me through this process!. Angela as a facilitator is so present and attentive with each step. I was able to procure a " first aid kit " from Angela, I had sore joints and hayfever as well as the occasional headache so she tailored it to suit .....initially I was a little sceptical, I persevered and I found that not only do they work , but there was no side effects from taking them , unlike experiences from over the counter medicines....... thankyou Angela.
