She did not accommodate to my interests, would be slightly better if outdoor allergens were my focus, but wait times were insane. I wanted to do a lot of food testing, which is why I went to the Lincoln office. She told me if I tested all the foods I wanted I would have a higher chance of false positives so she tested for less than half and I did not get tested for many things that were important to me. I have been seeing Dr. Friedlander for quite some time. I absolutely LOVE him. The reason for the 1 star: I had an outstanding balance of 100.00. I was recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer and to be honest that 100.00 was the furthest thing from my mind. A billing lady called me to discuss the bill. It was a day after chemo and I was feeling awful. I explained to her that I have cancer and I have been fighting for my life. Doctor Sullivan, You need to talk to me so you know what happened between Dara Schroeder & I on the 15th of June. My son was with me & he knows how I was treated. I have been going to the Lincoln office for over 30 years. I have never been treated as bad as I was on the 15 of June. I was and still am having a really bad asthma attack. I came in having my allergies bothering me. They did not fully explain to me what treatment I was getting. When I was all said and done they charged me for a long term shot treatment which I was not comfortable with and did not feel I was made aware before signing up for. I paid the bill, but ultimately will not use them again or recommend.
