exceptional doctor, appreciate courteous staff, and Dr. Morgan's caring and professional attitude toward the patient .
Excellent combination of professionalism and friendliness. She made me feel comfortable from the first visit. Medical advice for treatment and procedure options was honest and easy to understand. She did a superb job of explaining what was necessary or important for me to do, and what was not.
Hands down, the best doctor and staff I've ever had. Thank you Dr. Morgan and staff.
She prescribe me a blood pressure medicine that I am allergic to...kept telling me to take it for two weeks, even thought I called 3-4 times to tell them how bad it was making me feel. This morning I google it, and it said "Do not take this if you are allergic to sulfa drugs" Guess who is allergic to sulfa drugs? Which I wrote on my paperwork(have been for 15 years)...Do NOT recommend!
I was very impressed with Dr Morgan! She didn't rush through my appointment and took time to actually listen to me. On a return appoint over a month later she recalled exactly who I was and commented about things discussed in my first appointment. The office was very clean and professional and I was able to get an appointment right away. I have been to other offices that made you schedule out a couple of weeks for a new pt. Dr Morgan's office got me in the next day.
Horrible office staff. They're unbelievably irresponsible, I was asked to call the doctor if my symptoms were not getting better. I spoke with one of the office staff over phone who told me she will check with the doctor to see if I have to come in again and never called me back! I tried calling about five times that afternoon and nobody picked the phone, drove over to the office and it was closed even though they say they're open till 5 in the evening. Frustrating. I'm never going back.
I was a patient of Dr.Morgan's for years. She listened to my symptoms and was able to come up with a diagnosis that all other doctors had overlooked. Due to a miscommunication, I am no longer a patient. I attempted to get in contact with her directly but instead was pushed off onto unknowing staff members. After years of being a patient, inspite of the miscommunication and lack of ability to explain the cause, I would still recommend her to friends and family.
The worst doctors visit! The doctor and the receptionist were very unprofessional. The receptionist wasn't very much help and was on a personal phone call while I was checking out. The doctor had some woman (maybe a nurse or a lab specialist) who wasn't introduced to me in the room while performing my exam. The doctor was too busy talking to the other lady to let me know that she was about to begin the exam and during the exam they were talking about a leaking roof!
