This experience was amazing me and my wife came to get forever bracelet’s for our 2 years anniversary and it did not disappoint the staff was great and prices were reasonable and it was a quick and easy process.
I had that absolute best experience with designing a custom ring at Angela Monaco Jewelry! I mostly worked with Rachel who was incredible. I feel like I got the coolest and most unique ring ever! Rachel had a wealth of technical knowledge coupled with creative and aesthetic guidance. She was so patient with me, even when I wanted a feature to be different but not sure how, which I think is so important when doing a custom design. Lovely with the resizing and bracelet adjustments
Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the hype. The experience felt more like a trendy “pop up” than a professional, customer centered service. It might work for someone looking for a quick one time purchase but if you’re expecting consistency, high quality materials and clear communication then i suggest exploring other options.
