Dr. Wong is the first doctor I've had that actually listens and takes the time to answer all my questions. She's very knowledgeable and kind.
Dr. Wong is a thorough Physician. I initially set up an appointment to see her for a physical and then set up another appointment to see my Gynecologist for some specific things like a pap smear and breast exam as I normally would do. Dr. Wong not only did all of the things my Gynecologist would do, but ordered some specific tests that I wasn't thinking about, so I had no need for a Gyne appointment. I would definitely recommend her. The only downside is the wait time. I hope they work on decreasing that.
Had appointment at 11 am, and was seen at 4:45. No one should have to wait this long to be seen with an appointment. Maybe they should make appointments farther that 15 minutes apart. Especially for doctors that schedule patients at 8, and do not arrive until 9 or 9:30am. If we are 10 minutes late we are not seen, but are charged for a visit. Maybe we should request the lost pay, for sitting in the lobby, and not seen for hours after appointment time. I would give less stars if possible. I really do not think that is worthy ... read more
