Having been given a referral from my neurosurgeon who suspects I have autoimmune disease, I called to make an appointment to see Dr. McCain. Patricia, who answered the phone when I pushed whatever number it was to make an appointment, informed me in no uncertain terms that Dr. McCain doesn't treat back pain in people over 40. There is a history and image-verified detail behind my "back pain," but Patricia had no use for any of that information. And I have no use for any office that allows that kind of patient care.
Love this doctor. Takes time to explain condition(s) and plan of treatment. Is happy and compassionate. She really listens and is all about treating symptoms to keep you functioning and pain free.
Dr. McCaine is a very caring person. I wish all my physicians were as good as she is. She is very knowledgeable, straightforward and listens(hears) what her patients say.
I can only say wow, she is amazing, very knowledgeable & at my first visit she talked with me for almost 2 hours . Every visit she takes her time to listen to your problems and gives you the best advise . I love her and everytime I see her I Drive for 1 hour and 20 mins which is worth it . Her nurse Vickie is the sweetest and very caring lady . Always call me back the same day when I need something . Front office is very professional and sweet . Thank you everyone fir everything you do for us .
I waited 4 months for my new patient appt with Dr. McCain. The day of the appt I had a terrible morning (suddenly sick toddler, sick dog, and pregnant and suffering from morning sickness myself). I called the office one hour after my original appointment time and honestly told the receptionist I forgot. I was told that Dr. McCain may or may not allow me to reschedule. Either way, I'd be back at the end of the line and wait another 4 months. What a lack of compassion.
Dr. McCain is extremely thorough and gets to the source of problems. She listens and her staff provides great customer service. I have and will continue to refer to Dr. McCain and her staff.
