During the 25 plus years that Dr. McCain I experienced first class care. My questions and concerns are addressed and answered. Her team is exceptional in helping with questions and insurance hurdles. She treats the whole person, and stays with it until she has answers. Good sense of humor and the right amount of candor and humor. Encourages patients to experience their best selves.

I have seen Dr McCain for as long as I can remember 20+ yrs. I Love her bedside manner and how well she takes her time with me and listens to all of my concerns and answers my questions. She is upfront and honest when it comes to me and my health. And William Sole and Vikki Yost actually her WHOLE staff is just Amazing and Awesome!!! I could not have anyone better treating me then Dr McCain and her Whole Staff. Her receptionist is so sweet when I call or have an appointment.
I have been a patient of Dr. McCain for over 20 years. I’ve had to go to other rheumatologists due to insurance but always returned to Dr. McCain. She genuinely cares about her patients. She tries to find ways to help you improve your life with these lifelong diagnosis’s we get. She is constantly learning and working to help you. She is funny, and has a slow E. TX accent I love. I have so many doctors, but would put her at the top of my list as my best doctor.
Have seen her many years, yet recently very unprofessional in her approach with me - My husband heard the manner in which she talked to me and was appauled. She had very dark circles under her eyes, and told me to get another doctor to take over for serious mistakes she has made. Unbelievable for a doctor I highly respected for many years.
Having been given a referral from my neurosurgeon who suspects I have autoimmune disease, I called to make an appointment to see Dr. McCain. Patricia, who answered the phone when I pushed whatever number it was to make an appointment, informed me in no uncertain terms that Dr. McCain doesn't treat back pain in people over 40. There is a history and image-verified detail behind my "back pain," but Patricia had no use for any of that information. And I have no use for any office that allows that kind of patient care.
Love this doctor. Takes time to explain condition(s) and plan of treatment. Is happy and compassionate. She really listens and is all about treating symptoms to keep you functioning and pain free.
