They got the job done.
After a rocky start with them, I have to say, I am very happy with the results. The first day they never showed up. They didn't put us on the logs for some reason. The second day they came by and had it fixed within an hour. The reason they are still getting 5 stars is due to the techs service and taking the time to explain everything to me. I was very satisfied with my Service experience with Sierra mechanical! The lady on the phone or very helpful with scheduling and answering my questions! Man came out and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. He returned once our part came in an installed it quickly! I highly recommend them!
If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I have an AHS home warranty. They connected me with Sierra Mechanical to assess the problem with my unit. They came out, indicated I needed a new compressor. It took them several days to get the repair approved; another 1.5 weeks for the part to come in and once they had the part another 1.5 week to schedule the appointment.
