We absolutely love Dr. Folstad! We feel safe entrusting our children’s care with her. She hears every concern, and genuinely cares- and it’s clear she loves what she does! She is the best!
Dr. Folstad is very professional and has excellent bedside manner. She treats all of my kids with tremendous care and kindness. I love all the nurses. They are very patient and supportive. The receptionists are also very kind, patient, and understanding.
When I called to make a first appointment the receptionist woman was rude to us because I don’t have health insurance. It was bizarre. She went on some weird tangent about how you can’t get healthcare for free and was scolding me like I was in trouble- assuming I wouldn’t pay. Honestly, I was so shocked I told her to have a good day and hung up- but I wish I’d asked for her name. She needs to be talked to and to turn off the Fox News and go touch some grass. Very, very unprofessional.
