It started off great but then my grandma had a caregiver that kept falling asleep, the agency was aware of it and did nothing to rectify the situation. We were told "we don't have enough caregivers" so my grandma got sub par care. Then my mom was talked to in an inappropriate way and felt threatened by the home care.
