I saw Joe today who is new to the practice, she was so lovely and did a fantastic job! I have always been hesitant to have a different podiatrist and have always been with Stephen. In the few times I've been elsewhere I've often been left with bleeding feet. However since Stephen has now gone on leave I had the opportunity to switch to Joe and she did a marvellous job. I've found my new permanent podiatrist. Thanks so much Joe 😊😊😊
The podiatrist used the same implements on me as she had just used on my mother, and didn't change her gloves between clients. I noticed she didn't remove the gloves before ushering the next client in! I wasn't surprised when I developed an infection post the procedure! So aseptic technique was zero. And this despite that I had told her that I'd been a registered nurse for over 30years & was therefore fully aware of the requirements for sepsis. My toe healed after a course of antibiotics.
