Terrible, abusive service by secretary which now needs to be taken further. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional name calling experienced. Never ever going back after being a regular client for several years. Wouldn't recommend for someone elderly and requires home visits. I hope dont they dont discriminate against elderly carers in the future like they have done with my known person
