Very professional and knowledgeable, got my father through the whole experience as best as possible.
Short story: They were very unclear with us. edit: they replied after over 7 month; you can imagine how unprofessional they are. Long story: Angela Gaffka recommended a rental house for us in Westland city back in 2015, then we found out the landlord is her relative. In the past October they increased the rent payment from $1050 to $1200, so we moved. Angela posted the house again for them in 10/2018 for $1175. Angela helped us sell our home in one day! We had multiple offers above our asking price. Since all of the offers were good offers, Angela helped us decide which one to accept. She did an excellent job negotiating the terms of the purchase agreement with the buyers' agent. Home closed in 30days. Smooth sailing!
