How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider always put the customer first? Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! I have been going to Dr, Sutter for several years. My level of satisfaction is very high after each appointment. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.
