I rarely to leave a review but Keisha - the manager and James - maintenance technician for taking care of my maintenance request so quick. They installed a new air-conditioning into my unit upon my request in summer time. I couldn't survive without air-conditioning, lol. Thanks you guys again !
This has been the worst experience I have had in 10 years of renting. After driving 12 hours from British Columbia I was suppose to move in July 1st but didn't move in till the 2nd of July when I arrived the landlord didn't even know what apartment I was moving into when I walked into the apartment it was trashed with garbage lots of maintenance problems open the oven door that falls off, fridge was disgusting, bathtub all yellow and disgusting drains were plugged with garbage, balcony doors looked like they were broken into... read more
Great experience with my move in and was very happy with how fast and efficient Michael was on completing and finalizing my application. Communication was fast along with all the information. Thank you and i would recommend anyone too deal with Avenue Liveing.
