This has been the worst experience I have had in 10 years of renting. After driving 12 hours from British Columbia I was suppose to move in July 1st but didn't move in till the 2nd of July when I arrived the landlord didn't even know what apartment I was moving into when I walked into the apartment it was trashed with garbage lots of maintenance problems open the oven door that falls off, fridge was disgusting, bathtub all yellow and disgusting drains were plugged with garbage, balcony doors looked like they were broken into... read more
Great experience with my move in and was very happy with how fast and efficient Michael was on completing and finalizing my application. Communication was fast along with all the information. Thank you and i would recommend anyone too deal with Avenue Liveing.
It was the most unique experience I have ever encountered!
AC units should be checked and serviced before a client moves in. After spraying for insects it should be the maintenance job to clear old traps and bugs from floors cabinets etc. These are the issues that have arised before moving in and they had not been done. It made my transition more difficult with extra cleaning and no air conditioning. Maintenance requests were handled and dealt with in a timely manner however we are going through a heatwave and it has been difficult.
A lot of homeless around the building, the entrance door always is broken because the homeless are going inside the building, the maintenance never come to clean, and a lot of needles everywhere
