I formerly saw Angela Brown, DNP, at Banner Whole Health Clinic in Tucson. I am very sorry to see her leave, my hopes being for career advancement with Banner. Angela Brown always listened to me and my concerns, especially in regard to Court Ordered Treatment, and was very attentive to my needs as a patient. I truly miss her as a provider , she genuinely cared for me as a patient and was always accessible through the patient portal when I messaged her when I was in distress.
Appointment 1. Good. In office. Professional. Appointment 2. She called an hour early for phone appointment and expected me to be available. Appointments 3. The made on my behalf without my consent! I “no showed” because i had no clue it existed. Appointment 4. Supposed to be a zoom call at 5pm. No link. No call. Called every number at office to reach Angela. No answer. No call from her. Second “no show added to my record”. This woman is the only Banner psychiatry provider in tucson right now taking new patients. This is a m... read more
Doesn't care about the patient, takes away the only medication that works and tries to push a bunch of other medications that do not help
