If I could give negative stars I would. Rude and disrespectful. Rents home with black Mold. Will seem nice and respectful at first. Beware Slum Lords. The HOA in one of the neighborhoods they rent in are taking them to court for failing to up keep property. RENT AT OWN RISK!
After trying to communicate if funds were received for my rent the property manager never replied. My mom and I are both on the lease and while my mom was in the hospital. The company filed an eviction. A money order for rent was mailed and according to USPS the money order was signed for. The entire process has been more than stressful.
