Not recommend at all ! This real estate agent representing the seller when we open escrow, he didn’t told us nothing and after we open the escrow we understood that the house not have cofo , we decide to continue with the and still want to buy the house. After 2 months he decided to cancel the escrow without our cancellation! And they open escrow with new buyers for higher amount . If you looking for pro real estate agent he is the last one that you need to use . He already start to take over and report against his licence.
