I had an issue with my nails, however the owner (Kenny) was quick to reach out and solve the problem. It shows they care about their business and their clients. This is definitely my "go to" spot.
It was my first time there I will never go back. They are very rude. I had a pedicure they lady rush through like she was in s rush. I walk over to Jason to get a full set. He was so busy watching his phone he did a bad job. I wanted gel set nail but didn’t listen to busy looking at his phone. Then when I said something he tried to say I didn’t tell him I wanted gal. Me and my bridal party got our nails done at Angel Nails and Spa for my wedding. They were great! They even opened early for us to ensure we could all get in and out within a reasonable time/to avoid the rush. Kenny was very personable and knew what he was doing. He gave recommendations for what would look best on my big day. Everyone left loving their nails, and they lasted a long time! I would definitely recommend them!
This is an awkward review because I actually love this place however yesterday was not a good experience. The young man that did my nails seemed perturbed and just a little to aggressive when filing and such to my nails. I asked for a particular accent color and he forgot. By that time he remembered I just told him to not worry about it. I just got a gel polish change but after leaving and taking a second look there are air pockets under the polish, I could still see paint from my previous color and it's just not smooth. If I could give this place zero stars I would... I have given them a second chance and will not give them a third. They over charged me for a wedding nails, $100 for acrylic French tips with a design. And my last visit a little over a week ago, I have a sever infection on my big toe. I watched the lady take the utensil from the cart use it on me and put it right back on the cart(after she dug around the sides of my big toes with it) instead of putting it in the container of tools she was using in front of her.
