I walked in for a soak off. I’ve gotten my nails soaked off many times so I generally know what to expect. I did not expect my acrylics to be literally ripped off my nails with nail clippers. The process was very uncomfortable and my nails have never been left this horrible after a removal. I regret not walking out as soon as she started. I still have patches of acrylic stuck on my nails. If I could give this place no stars I would. The man with the long hair cut my big toe. After he cut me I had to tell him multiple times that what he was doing was hurting and he continued on and just tapped my wound. I had got regular polish which meant I had to sit under the dryer for some time. The owner proceeded to rush me to pay and when I asked for a discount because I shed blood, she threw the receipt at me…. NO FUNNY. She threw the receipt at me.
