I walked in for a soak off. I’ve gotten my nails soaked off many times so I generally know what to expect. I did not expect my acrylics to be literally ripped off my nails with nail clippers. The process was very uncomfortable and my nails have never been left this horrible after a removal. I regret not walking out as soon as she started. I still have patches of acrylic stuck on my nails.
