Treated my wife to a pedicure and we had the most horrible experience. The owner was rude to my wife who was simply requesting a service and her response was over the top. Just seemed like she was bothered if you request something (even if you’re willing to pay) they just want the basics and keep it moving … we’re never go back. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be treated rudely.

Zero rating from me for Angel Nails salon. The lady (who I think is the wife of the owner but not sure) was very rude, was yelling at me when I was explaining nicely what I would like done for my pedicure! It will be my first and last to go to this salon. I had a very bad experience, I go there to pamper myself and relax but instead you got yelled at and treated rudely! This place saved me. I'm currently an FFA officer and I have my banquet this Thursday. I didn't have enough time to get them where I'm from since we came down here to see some of my family. I went to sassy nails and they did a HORRIBLE JOB. It was thick and tacky, looked like a 4 year old did it. I then went here to see if they could fix them. I had an absolutely horrible experience here today, while me and my husband are receiving our pedicure, the male worker used to scrubber and scraped off my husband’s skin to the point that it started bleeding. After the worker noticed that my husband was injured , he decided to call over another worker and they began to speak in their native language while pointing at my husbands feet , there was no sense of urgency or apology or even discount , I’m not sure if we were handled this way because of our skin color but I will no... read more

I’ve been coming here for the past few months, and while the service was good at first, both the quality and customer service have steadily declined. At this point, the bigger issue isn’t even the work, it’s the attitude. Simple requests, like correcting a nail shape, are met with clear hostility and aggression.
