This place saved me. I'm currently an FFA officer and I have my banquet this Thursday. I didn't have enough time to get them where I'm from since we came down here to see some of my family. I had an absolutely horrible experience here today, while me and my husband are receiving our pedicure, the male worker used to scrubber and scraped off my husband’s skin to the point that it started bleeding. I’ve been coming here for the past few months, and while the service was good at first, both the quality and customer service have steadily declined. At this point, the bigger issue isn’t even the work, it’s the attitude. Simple requests, like correcting a nail shape, are met with clear hostility and aggression. He did an amazing job
Used to be a great place to go but it is AWFUL now. The older gentleman that gave me a pedicure had no clue what he was doing. 12 minutes for a pedicure is ridiculous!!! He really shouldn't be allowed to do pedicures!!!! They do not ask if you have a preference on who does your nails. The owners have no sense of customer service anymore. $70 for an awful fill in with regular polish is a joke. Not to mention they are very obvious about talking bad about customers.
