I’ve been here 3-4 time and everytime my nails are looking like this after and they hurt I haven’t had my nails done in a month now and this is still what it looks like from the previous time I recently got my eyebrows waxed with my upper lip they took me to a back room that smelled like they haven’t used it in a while my allergies started acting up and now around my eyebrows an my top lip is completely breaking out and I always make sure to wash my face after these things get done and I’ve never had this happen anywhere els... read more

Today is unfortunately the last time I will be coming here. I’ve been here about 3 times now and after today I can’t justify spending as much as I did after not getting what I asked for several times. The photo on the left is the look I asked for and showed it to my nail tech several times. I emphasized I needed them shorter and with rounded edges because I work with young children with special needs and don’t want to risk scratching anyone. Tried this place out after getting a gift certificate for my birthday. I was really impressed with the look of the salon and their menu and even felt like they did a good job. Unfortunately 2 of my toes got infected after which has never happened to me after a pedicure. The lady working on my toes reached over to the customer next to me to take out the tissue between her toes with same gloves and handled money as well from other customers.
