I would not recommend this company to anyone who is professional and expecting a higher level of service. What I was promised when I contacted this company, is not what I received. I was told someone would contact me when they were on there way; that did not occur. I was told my cleaning was scheduled for a Saturday morning at 9 am; the person arrived Sunday at 4:07 pm followinga text sayingthe ETA wss 2 pm. Absolutely satisfied with their service.
House cleaner arrived on time. She was not very professional and left such a mess I was embarrassed. They definitely over charge. I've lived all over this country and have had many housekeepers (in addition to 8 years experience being a housekeeper myself) and this was by far my worst experience. When I called the office to let them know there was work avoided, they told the housekeeper to come back, re-vacuum and take out the trash. There was also dust left.
