Aside from the cock roaches and poor customer service, this would be a great place to stay. We spent the weekend with them and had cock roaches everywhere, couldn’t watch tv because the remote wouldn’t work and was told by management “they were out of batteries”. The manager assured me if I’d give them another chance she’d make things right the next time we stayed. Called today to book two rooms and unfortunately they did not honor that promise. Booked adjoining rooms more than a month in advance for a family vacation, only to arrive and not have the adjoining rooms we were promised. The night staff was extremely nice and said the manager should be able to fix it in the morning. However, the next day, manager Shelly, was EXTREMELY rude and told us that no room is ever guaranteed and there's nothing she can do. So what exactly are we paying for?
