First impression was all I needed. The reception was quite cold when I walked in but I decided to stay since I was trying to establish a service closer to where I live. When she started on my nails she started peeling and prying the existing dip off my nails. I was flinching and complaining of the pain but she did not stop. Came in on a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm with my girlfriend for 2 manicures. No wait at all which was nice. $20 per mani. Normally I'd say that's fine but given the in and out job done, I'd say $15 is reasonable, $20 is high. But I've also seen worse. They sat us down, did the usual Mani stuff. Nothing notable there. This could be good or bad for you but they didn't say anything to us the entire time. No conversation, no music, just a low TV which made the place feel stale and awkward. Gave two stars because the staf is friendly but here is the TEA. I made an appointment and still i was waiting over 35 min. Then when i was getting my feet done they used used puma purple foot file, like the kind you use at home that disintegrates over time. None of the tools they used on me were new or in that wrapping telling you it was new. The lady who did my toe nails was filing them and actually cut the skin under my big toe with the file because she cut them so short. When it came to getting my finger nails done they ... read more

The tech who did my pedicure was roud. She didn't even smile or say anything when I tried to talk to her. She loves her phone, I don't suggest this place.
