Was looking for a new hair salon to get monthly recurring bang trims. Walked in and was offered an appointment later in the day. Returned and was told 5 separate times during the session that my hair was "dirty" (it was just typical second day hair. I also explained that I'd been managing some thinning). it was very unkind and unprofessional. The hairdresser also seemed to be frustrated with a cowlick I had. SKILLED, collaborative, accommodating, and just an overall awesome, kind human being. I come to Diana with the most outlandish home spun hair cuts and she always problem solves like no other. I never feel judged and that means so much. Hair studios can feel a little intimidating at times but she puts me at ease. She is also one of the first hair dressers to embrace my curls, and after a life time of hair dressers defaulting to a hair straightener, her approach to my hair is such a gift.
Came yesterday as a walk in and Diana was able to make time for a colour and cut for me. Super tailored service to exactly what my hair needed and what I wanted. The amount of care and knowledge that went into the service was outstanding. Thank you again Diana!
I don't get my hair cut professionally often. I feel the urge to about once or twice a year. My hair has been growing for some time, and a part of me gave up on the idea that I could get some style back. I looked online and took screenshots of some styles I liked.
