At least one of the stylists here needs this feedback: **Do what the customer says**. Do not get creative, do not try to push the client towards a style that *you* think they *should* want. Especially if the client's direction is "do what you did last time" - do THAT. Now I have a haircut with extra layers that I did not ask for and will make my hair harder to control in high humidity. I recently visited the Angel salon for a long-overdue haircut, though I felt self-conscious about the state of my hair, which was dry from bleaching with crooked bangs. My experience with Diane was unfortunately dismal and demoralizing. Love this salon! Natalia is amazing — no matter what request I come to her with, she always goes above and beyond to fulfill my hopes for the appointment. She brings so much expertise and skill to every aspect of her profession, and has even given me extra tips on scalp health that really work. Highly recommend!
Was looking for a new hair salon to get monthly recurring bang trims. Walked in and was offered an appointment later in the day. Returned and was told 5 separate times during the session that my hair was "dirty" (it was just typical second day hair.
