I just wanted to drop you a note on behalf of myself and our entire family to thank you for your extraordinary care of our mother, Joan. Mom was always so independent and never wanted to give in to the fact that she needed help at home. Just a quick note to tell you what a great job Keyanna and Ashlee did with Mom over the past three weeks. Several of the staff where Mom is in assisted living complimented them on how good they were with Mom, and one staff member told me how "safe and secure" Mom felt with Keyanna. We also appreciated the quick turnaround time for placement of your aides. I called you on a Wednesday, an assessment was done on Mom on Friday morning, and on Monday morning, Keyanna started. We are most grateful to Angel Companions. For several years at both a senior living facility and for two years at home, Angel companions took care of our Mom. Mom was not ambulatory, and the level of care and cleanliness was paramount. Angel companions did a terrific job. Also, given Mom was in need of 24 hour care, Angel companions was able to have care around the clock, even on snow days when the caregiver had to sleep over night. Not many things have gone well with Angel companions. From a broken sofa that I watched a CG sit on and break and then lie about the circumstance to finding out a CG was leaving during the day to do personal errands. The last straw was this week when I called them every day to schedule care and never even got a call back!!! On to someone else that has been providing excellent care.

I want to thank you for your friendliness and ability to work things out for me. You went way above what was necessary to meet our needs. I cannot say enough about your organization from the caregivers to the office staff. You have two gems in Patience and Monica. Thank you for bringing them into my father's life.”
