Seems like a fantastic organization with an amazing mission, but I have been trying to get a response from them for over a month on donating a tree (or paying them to mill the logs into boards for me), and I don't hear back. I've submitted the forms, left messages, emailed, etc., and nothing. I am guessing that they are just overwhelmed with requests, which I understand as its such a cool business concept, but still frustrating to be trying to use their services and unable to even get a call back.
Angel City is a great spot. It's not a one-stop-shop or a big box store, but their mission fits a different niche. They know what they're doing and taking about, and have some awesome pieces. It can be a little pricey per board foot, but they're usually my first stop.
