Dr. Chinea is one of the most incompetent doctors I have ever encountered. Not only is he incompetent because he clearly failed to review my chart before surgery, but he then lied in his clinical notes afterwards about what took place. After seeing Dr. Chinea for over 3 months, he scheduled back surgery. I went to the hospital on the day of the scheduled surgery and was prepared for the operation. When we spoked to Dr.Angel Chinea Vicente for the first time also he speaks English and Spanish too my husband and I trusted him with every thing he said I put my life in his hand cause he gave me faith that everything was going to be fine.
