I used to really like this counselor. She was the only one that truly helped and seemed to understand. I'm not sure what happened. Ghosted. Gone. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone but one time since before Christmas. I am an extreme case, and need a LOT of help. 5 stars simply isn’t enough for this agency. I have been a client at this company for roughly 6 months. I utilize every service that is offered and it is ALOT. My therapist is amazing. Love Jessica. My son has Susan and she is great! I attend every group and the facilitators really do care. Chase is the man! He is my son’s peer support and he adores him. He has taught my son so much. Update: Its been 2 years since this review. I am going to edit and add to this. My therapist is caring and compassionate toward others. She listens to what you have to say & reachs out to help you reschedule an appointment if needed. I am struggling with a lot of different things and can tell she has helped me through them. She is down to earth and challenges you to have a different perspective on things. She is eager to help or get you what you need. Overall, I would recommend this group.
