Worst experience I've ever had. I am 14 years of age and I went to this agency when I was about 11 to 12. Susan the main therapist, made me feel as if Iwas a terrible kid because I did not want to talk to her. Ever since I have left her my life has been way better. Though personal trauma she ended up making me feel worse. She said I had behavior disorders even though I have never been a bad kid before. She broke up my relationship with my mom through untrue things. Pls do not send your kids here.
I used to really like this counselor. She was the only one that truly helped and seemed to understand. I'm not sure what happened. Ghosted. Gone. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone but one time since before Christmas. I am an extreme case, and need a LOT of help. I've wasted ALL this time trying to get ahold of a therapist I loved who is clearly dropping me without telling me, rather than getting help.
