I was traveling to Brisbane, my sister set up my appointment with Robyn. We needed last minute appointment as well day before I flew out, and Robyn was so kind to squeeze us in her busy day. She was super attentive, knowledgeable, transparent and really great at her job. I told her I will be back soon and will set up my appointment before I fly out of US. I just love her 💕.
To anyone wanting to to find their forever clinic, may this be your sign. I have been a long time client of nurse Sylvia, and have always had a pleasant experience. She is kind, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable. Results wise well I think they speak for themselves, always happy and left feeling confident. Very unimpressed with this clinic. I have had a couple issues - the first being I had an appointment with Sylvia (an appointment I had flown in from Sydney for) and was contacted on the day to be told she was sick and couldn’t see me. Sucks but it is what it is, I wasn’t too concerned. However later that day, I seen an Instagram influencer record her session with Sylvia on that same day. I recently had an appointment for winkle reduction. I got caught in traffic due to an accident and missed my appointment, the team was lovely and rescheduled a time for me. When I went to my rescheduled appointment Nurse Simone was amazing, I really appreciated the knowledge and recommendations.
