Worst customer service ever I had a bunch of parts I was looking to find I asked for 1 part the rep says sorry we don't have it I ask for another part and without even looking in stock on the computer already saying nope we don't have it I start to ask for another part and he had already hung up on me that's rude and down right horrible customer service I will never recommend this shop let alone try them ever again
George is famous for saying he's not charging you for the labor-then he marks up the part prices 4 or 5 times. don't deal with this guy, he overcharged me big time-and he knows it. he will also return used parts to you that do not belong to your car. HE's A CHEAT!!!!
This shop saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars taking good care of my 190e. Very knowledgeable and very nice!!! Their shop is atrocious, but get over that and you'll have yourself an AMAZING mechanic!
