Neil did great work for me. He is also very friendly, fast and efficent. I recommend him to anyone looking for elecrical work! Thanks Niel for doing such a great job on my project!
Neil did work in my kitchen without pulling a permit. He has since stopped answering me since I’ve received a quote to fix his unpermitted work and change a kitchen counter plug that wasn’t installed to code. I didn’t want to have to go the online route but Neil’s suggestion if I was unhappy with the unpermitted work - he was to cap a receptacle in a brand new renovated kitchen with new back Splash and that he would credit a few hours work to the next electrician, (who said it’s $2200 to fix), and this doesn’t even include d... read more

The most challenging part of home renovations is who you choose to rely upon to fulfill the vision you have of how your home will be. Unfortunately for my wife and I the choice we made turned out to be about as bad as it could be. To the point where it involved lawyers judges and a courtroom to resolve the issues we were left with after work was completed.
