Neil did work in my kitchen without pulling a permit. He has since stopped answering me since I’ve received a quote to fix his unpermitted work and change a kitchen counter plug that wasn’t installed to code. The most challenging part of home renovations is who you choose to rely upon to fulfill the vision you have of how your home will be. Unfortunately for my wife and I the choice we made turned out to be about as bad as it could be.
