I bought from out of state and Aneta and Erick were very helpful. They were willing to look at houses in about a 45 minute to our radius (maybe more, that's just the range I was looking at). Since I wasnt here, videos showing the entire houses and describing potential issues in them during were sent to me. They were also good about explaining things throughout the process.
