I never received my bill for $6.22. We have trouble with the mail, the mail person with the contract company is known for putting our mail in the wrong box. I verified with Anesthesiology and Pain Consultants to be sure that I had a balance. I know they have my phone number and email address. This company made no effort to contact me but turned it over to a collection agency. Yeah, for $6.22. I would give ZERO stars if it was possible.
Dr. Rabalais and his staff are the best!
Dr. Rabalais is extremely unprofessional and rude. He yelled at my mom in front of other patients because I, who was her ride, had to leave to pick my kid up from school. The reason I had to leave her there is because HE was over an hour late to her appointment. These doctors are strict about appointments and want you to be there on time and are so quick to cancel your appointment for any little thing but then expect everyone else to put their entire life on hold for them.
