Received a bill and attempted to call to clarify. Looks like insurance wasn't billed. Phone recording states unable to leave a message. No other way to contact them. Poor reviews with same comments. Come on you want your money? We want answers.

Singalong Chang, does not accommodate their staffs members time off when their family members are in need of procedural healthcare. Their Bottom line comes before quality patient care. If family members can’t be accommodated for a simple outpatient scope procedures, do we have to clear it with Sonia and Singlong when they’re admitted for a medical emergency?
