Was extremely disappointed in Dr Trent’s attempt at, or lack of, explaining the procedure as well as his manners prior to my procedure today. Hurried and very impersonable! Didn’t listen to me OR my wife as we tried to explain what I go through during medical procedures. He just didn’t seem to care at all about my high anxiety. Truly disappointed and will not recommend him to anyone. Told me there was no need for versed but the procedure was extremely painful.
