Massive scam! Do not fall for it. First they will call you, then they mail you a bill but you have to ask for it. The bill shows no service date or any relevant information about it. They told me insurance had recouped the payment from them after a year. Called my insurance and no such thing occurred. Waited for them to call me again and I told them I had contacted authorities and reported their “business”, never heard from them again after that.
I agree with each and every one of the previous reviews. No phone # to call but found it online. Called doctor office then billing who said to call insurance company. They are contacting them tomorrow as they used the wrong billing code!! They are a ‘contracted’ group with my insurance co. The billing department needs to get it together. What a waste of everybody’s time!!
Still getting a bill for an epidural I had 2 years ago because they can’t figure out how to bill my insurance correctly. I would rather go through natural childbirth than ever deal with this group again.
billing nightmare, like all the other reviewers. i already satisfied my max OOP and deductible for the year on my PPO. ins paid the bill, somehow payment got reversed, and the good clowns at ASMG billing dept added some finance charges without communicating it and seeking payment in full. from me instead of the insurance. what a fantastic waste of time. someone needs to start a class action suit against them, if one isnt already in progress.
