This company is a scam, after almost 4 years they send a bill. They are sending my 4 year old to collections. How are they allowed to operate.
It is indeed a horrible experience with this company. My husband was admitted to emergency room for stroke more than a year ago. All medical expenses were paid by our insurances. For unknown reasons ASMG kept sending bills without any details at least 4 or 5 times to my husband asking for a payment for almost $2,000. This is very annoying and disturbing to my husband. We have never seen or experienced any thing like this before.
WOW, just WOW! Talk about an incompetent medical group. My 15 year old son received continuous letters from them for a procedure from last year. They would not respond to the insurance company that wanted to review so they can pay the claim. I finally went through my medical group that contracted with these guys, and even they said there have been a lot of issues with them lately. When we finally were able to get ahead of someone, two completely different answers. Then he told us it was paid, but it takes 45 days to update! ... read more
