I recently had a major surgery and paid my deductible & co-insurance to the hospital. My insurance advised me to contact APCSWFL with a case # to put my account on hold to stop collections. TRACY was VERY RUDE and unaccomodating!! She suggested I make a good faith payment which I did. I later received an invoice demanding payment or collection process would start 2/14/22. The 1st invoice is dated 1/20/22 so not even 30 days! EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!
They send only one invoice. If you don't pay it in full they send you to collections. Just a little effort on there side would help. Now I have to fight to get it removed. We both loss on this one. Not like you can check reviews when your in the hospital.
16 days after notifying them of cancelled procedure, and two verbal confirmations and commitments by them to refund my money - they are still holding my money hostage. Quick to take it, pulling teeth to get it back. Very poor business practice
