Another surprised patient seeing a bill 3 years after the op. Was never contacted by anyone until it reached the friendly folks at the collection bureau. Cannot contact anyone to see proof or how a paid-off deductible could manage a few hundred extra. Frustrating as all he;;.
This company provided anesthesia services for my surgery in October 2018 (the anesthesiologist was terrible by the way--I have had a lot of surgery and have many comparisons). My insurance paid but I was never billed--and then last month I had a derogatory comment put on my credit report. I called the collection agency and found out that they sent the bills to my EX in-laws assisted living facility in TN--I didn't even know this address at the time, and certainly would not have given it to them. Never reserved a bill from this company not ONCE!!! And they send me to debt collectors !!! Do not use them avoid at all costs.
Account sent to collections w/ Professional Finance, and I have never received a bill even one time. Would recommend avoiding if at all possible.
My bill, which was paid in full, for a procedure I had 28 months ago was sent to collections. I've called their offices several times in the last two months and have not received anything back from them. I'm now in dispute with the collector and working with all three credit bureaus because of their incompetence.
