This is truly one of the absolute worst doctor's offices I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their billing department is ridiculous. I received a bill after 7 months letting me know that my insurance didn't cover my anesthesia for my surgery. At that point I spent 5 hours on the phone working with my insurance company to find out what happened. I got a bill 8 months after the surgery they said because of my insurance. They reported me to collections after I set up a payment plan. The woman was rude and hateful.
Horrible customer service with an office manager and staff that hangs up on you! If any of the doctors at the office see this review and wish to contact me, please do! The staff has my number. Dr. Angela Pennell was great but the office staff leaves much to be desired. They had to re-submit claims to my insurance because of repeated inaccuracies — leaving me confused about my balance. This company does not send bills and sues the disabled. Terrible people!!
Received a bill on 05-22-24 when the initial visit was in 11/2023 and by this time is has already been sent to collections. It is a bummer that there is no other place in Grand Junction to get these procedures done.
