Thus pertains this facility and staff as well. I was quoted for cash out of pocket for a 14k shoulder surgery, 1st quoted with anesthesia was $875, doctor was $4983.14, surgery was $8200.00. Before my surgery I asked receptionist, doctor and anesthesia doctor was I gonna get another bill. I asked because of all the reviews I read before surgery, and they said no you paid in full and upfront. Well 3 weeks later I get a bill from anesthesia for another $419.50. I can only echo the existing sentiment about their billing. I had no issues with the actual procedure, but I have been swindled by their billing department. I overpaid for their services by several hundred dollars a couple days before the procedure and then I received a totally separate bill after that did not reflect the amount I already paid. I contacted the local office manager and it seemed to be resolved by them initiating a few hundred dollar refund to me. Instead, it seems that payment has been rescinded and they chan... read more

I would give zero stars if I could!!! The billing department is NOT in Athens. It’s a call center. You can’t understand a word they say. They also do not send you paper bills. It’s a text that looks fake. And they will quickly send you to collections before ever being inconvenienced by reaching out to you via phone call or letter. The next time I have surgery I will ask who is providing the services… Because I will not use this place again solely because of their billing department!
