Not very friendly and they don't flush the meds after they put them in which causes a very painful burn in your veins. I asked them specifically to flush with saline but they still didn't until I started complaining. They just don't care. They are not good at all.
I am being double billed by WellSpan and Anesthesia Associates of York for the same amount for the same service. AAY is using a third party administrator (TPA). I paid the amount due to WellSpan which now shows a $0.00 balance due. AAY is now sending collection notices for the same amount. When I called the two different numbers for AAY it was answered by representatives in the Philippines who could not provide adequate answers, merely expectations for payment. Worst billing department ever.
I don't leave Google Reviews. I am hoping this reaches them. We were billed for my wife's epidural. Fine. We are self-paid and so we started a payment plan. However, we thought to ask if there was any self-pay discount because this is often the case. My wife tried on several occasions to call the company and ask if this were true.
