I have been a patient of this clinic for some time. They constantly have a problem with filling/sending in prescriptions in a timely manner, their documentation is terrible, they aren't consistent in their discharge instructions and they NEVER answer the phone when you call. I have told them several times I don't want narcotics so it's not like I'm mad that I'm not getting any. They just have not provided satisfactory services.
