There were technical issues at the pharmacy which interfered with my prescription refill. People at the clinic went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t run out of a much needed medication. I so much appreciate the efforts of staff and doctors. Edit: ADD: 2024 They got a new doctor. Same occurred here too. I called in to the pharmacy for a refill, they called the pain clinic, the front desk did their job and referred it to the doctor, who ignored the referral, And ignored the referral, And ignored the reminder. Truthfully I'd give it less but the lady at the front desk and the assistant who wrote down all my information before the "doctor" came in, they were both super sweet and kind and very patient with me and listened.The "Doctor" though, I cannot believe how he acted it was so horrible it almost feels like I was being pranked. He practically stormed into the room and plopped down like a angry teenager who is being forced to go somewhere.
