1st i droped off for the Dr's to see me complete personal history injuries, family history 80 pages for the Dr to review before my appointment in 2 days from then. Every page had my personal info name phone more. I just compleated collecting it from all over thee country..UN UNABLE TO REPLACE MOST OF IT. I had an appointment today with Praveen Mambalam. This was my first time seeing him and he basically said I need to be off of my pain medication which I've been on for two years at the lowest dose. He took my prescription from 4 times a day down to three times a day. Mind you he's not who I see he's a stand in. He wasn't trying to hear what I had to say on the matter. He has a rude demeanor. I do not want to see him again.
